How Polyurethane Concrete Leveling Works?

by | Dec 21, 2021 | Concrete Leveling

Polyurethane concrete leveling, sometimes called polyjacking or slabjacking, is Fanello Concrete Solution’s preferred concrete leveling process. It’s affordable and it’s long-lasting compared to other concrete leveling methods.

With polyurethane concrete leveling, we can lift and level sunken, settled, and uneven/cracked concrete back to its original level position without pouring new concrete or paying for a full replacement.

DRILL

We start by drilling a small, dime-sized hole in your sinking concrete. This hole serves as the access point into which we will use the polyurethane mixture to level your concrete.

FILL

Using extreme care, we inject the polyurethane, which starts in a liquid form, under the concrete slab. As it is injected, the polyurethane expands quickly expands before curing and filling any crevices, cracks, or voids underneath the concrete and lifting it back to level.

PATCH

Once your concrete slab is level, we  patch the drilling location and leave you with your concrete ready to use. It cures in 30 minutes to an hour and can easily last for more than 10 years.

WHERE

Polyurethane concrete leveling, slabjacking, and polyjacking are great options for concrete that holds heavy weights like concrete garage floors, concrete basement floors and foundations. However, lighter structures like patios, walkways, outdoor concrete pads, porches, decks, and more can be leveled this way.

Fanello Concrete Solutions is the preferred Mansfield concrete leveling service. Today, we serve more than 50 communities in our area, including Mansfield, Ashland, Mount Vernon, Wooster, Bucyrus, Marion, and more.
