Polyurethane foam injection (often referred to as slabjacking or polyjacking) is the preferred method for concrete leveling compared to traditional mudjacking because of its light weight, quick cure time, and lifespan.
How it works
We start by drilling a small, dime sized hole in your sinking concrete. From that hole, we are able to inject the foam, which starts in a liquid form, under the concrete slab. That liquid expands into its foam form before curing, filling any crevices, cracks, or voids underneath the concrete and lifting it back to level. We patch the drill spot, and leave you with your concrete ready to use.
Slabjacking is a great option for leveling walkways, patios, driveways, concrete floors and pads, sidewalks, and more.
Diamond polished concrete is extremely durable and resistant to peeling and scratching. If properly cared for installed, a diamond polished concrete floor can last up to 20 years.
How it works
Diamond polishing gets its name from the coarse diamond segments or disks that finely grind concrete until polished. Several passes are made using an increasingly finer grit until the proper shine and smoothness have been achieved.
Diamond polished concrete is a great option for garages, basements, manufacturing plants, and other commercial properties that use heavy machinery and equipment.
Epoxy coatings for concrete have the versatility to provide aesthetic value to any concrete floor while also the durability to stand up to the traffic volume and hazards of even the toughest environements.
How it works
Epoxy coatings typically can be installed over a few days and are self-leveling. Before applying an epoxy coat, concrete must go through a preparation process. Epoxy coatings come with nearly endless colors and decorative options and can last 10 to 20 years if maintained properly and touched up as needed.
Concrete epoxy coatings are a great option for basements, warehouses, restaurants, showrooms, garages, or other commercial properties with high foot or machine traffic and is susceptible to harsh chemical or substance spills.
